MINUTES of STRUGGLE to find LAWYER to fight for JUSTICE in USA
and to make PASSPORT for RUPIN Jyotsna’s son (5 months baby)                             19-Mar-2012

A.     Efforts to approach Bishop Satish Raiborde…

25-Feb-2011:  - Rahul, his father and mother Discussed with Ps. Benjamin Joseph, Nagpur on Jyotsna's case at his
residence. He gave reference of Johnson in USA and Bishop Raiborde/Dada coming to Nagpur on

Ps.Benjamin said he could not contact Bishop as he did not have his phone nos.
                          - After some time Rahul and his parents came back from Healing ministry Prayer service.
                          - Rahul received call from Ps. Benjamin at 3:30 PM that he has taken an appointment to meet Bishop
Raiborde on  04-Mar-2011 at 10 am.

B.     Discussion at Bishop Raiborde’s Place...

04-Mar-2011: - At 10:15 am Ps.Benjamin, Rahul and his father visited Bishop Raiborde's place near Medical College
                            Nagpur.

                           - Rahul explained him the problem how Jyotsna alone is fighting situations in USA and
                           Is Stuck.
                         - Bishop said it’s a common problem in USA of what Jyotsna is experiencing.
He said he can help in this regard. He also said that he knows Jyotsna as he has already
conversed with her before on phone. He further said if she wants, she can come and stay
                           with us.
It was so kind of him but we requested Bishop if he can extend following help.
Had detailed discussions with Bishop on following points marked in RED,

1. Immediate Passport for Rupin (Jyotsna’s new born son)
Rahul told Bishop, Kamlesh (her husband) is not providing required papers to make passport. Bishop said that there is no need for his signature, his office will take care of it. I told about website which provides passport www.rushmypassport.com.He said that’s waste of money. He told me about post office option. I told him that Jyotsna has already visited and their signature of both is required. He said there is a clause where only she can sign.
I told him we need passport 'as soon as possible'.
Bishop immediately called Steven Baker (an Indian) in USA. He was sleeping that time, 1 am USA time. He told him the problem that Jyotsna is facing and spoke in Marathi as well…ticha navra tila sodum gela ahe...aplyala tichi madat karaichi aye…Steve said yes.
Bishop said since his church is International church so we can take care of Immigration issue and I have trained Steven for this. He also said there is church in Hartford by name International family church, talked about Sonali and others …said So there are people to help you.

I asked him what we are supposed to do now.
He ask Jyotsna to call Steven on 803-4454041 (email: ifcsc@hotmail.com).Then Steven will ask Jyotsna for all required information which Jyotsna will provide. Rest Steven will take care of.

2.Visa/PIO card for Rupin,
Bishop said generally you get in 4 days by paying $150. He knows somebody in Indian consulate by name Indira, she will do all needful. So again Steven will get it done.

3. Jyotsna can get govt support as she is unemployed and alone
Bishop asked Rahul about Jyotsna’s job status. Rahul told him she is an Architect and were working earlier in USA. He said he will find way where she will get support from Govt.

4. Lawyer to fight case.
Rahul told Bishop that Jyotsna badly needs Lawyer from state of Connecticut and as her case is in Hartford court. Bishop said he has church there and there will not be a problem.
He will try to get service from Catholic association where legal service is ‘free of charge’. He also said infact lawyers die to get such case and there is no dearth of such lawyers whom he knows.
He told me not to trust American lawyer they will just mint money and go. He said he will provide all such references for us to hire good lawyer.

5. Visa for Jyotsna’s Father and Mother
Rahul told Bishop about problem in getting US visa as 2 attempts were already made which were unsuccessful. He said generally over 60yrs age they don’t have problem in giving visa.
He said Bishop will provide some papers from his office to make a way clear for this hurdle.  He asked to hold visa process from Nagpur (travel agent) for time being.

Finally our fruitful discussion came to an end with lots of HOPE and RELIEF. Bishop said
his brother-in- law will be flying in 2 to 3 days time to USA, he himself will be reaching in one week time via Dubai but the things will start immediately once you call Steven.

We were thankful to Ps Benjamin for all he did for us.
On way back to home, Ps Benjamin shared all about dada’s personality like fatherly figure etc and also emphasizing by rotating 2 fingers (index and middle one) to make it look 1.

E  Jyotsna’s kept following Steve for some help…

Jyotsna called Steve. He told her that ‘Bishop is yet to reach the US’.  He said that he would let her know after he contacts the Bishop.

For Lawyer:
Steve later told Jyotsna that he knew one lawyer, but he was in New-York.
Finally Jyotsna had to search online and found Lady American Lawyer with understanding Women understands Women’s problem so she can provide her justice. (the end result she also betrayed her)

For Passport:
Jyotsna called Steve, to find out if he can help in making Rupin’s passport without her husband’s documents. Steve said, he would ask someone and let her know.
Later Steve called and said, that her husband’s documents are must to prepare the passport, so she should try to get them from Kamlesh.
She had to wait for over 6 months.

Visa for Rupin:
Bishop had told Rahul that ‘he knows someone in Indian Embassy, so getting a visa won’t be a
problem.’
Jyotsna asked Steven regarding the same. Steven told her that the lady who used to work at the Indian
Embassy, doesn’t work there anymore.  So she would have to send all the documents properly notarized to the embassy.

Steven did try to extend his possible help, but unfortunately it was of no use to Jyotsna and she had to find her own ways and solutions.

Jyotsna’s fight with Impossible……Her Testimony…
She struggled a lot being all alone in a foreign land. She went through very difficult times throughout her pregnancy and even after delivery. When pregnant, she was hospitalised 4 times as the baby’s condition was critical and doctors told her he can be born dead or disabled. At the time of delivery nobody was around, requested one lady from church to be present. When baby was born he was admitted because of Jaundice and Jyotsna was all alone to face such challenges. When she got discharged to go to her place of stay-shelter for homeless, she had to buy grocery on way back home.
Jyotsna believed that during such stressful situations when there was no hope for child’s well being he was born normal, it was Jesus who provided his cover to keep the baby safe in her womb during such hard times. She dedicated the child to Christ at nearby church. She was very much exhausted and need rest and care badly, so wanted to travel back home as her parents had no visa to travel to the US to take care of her.
Just to get the passport papers from her husband and have the passport/ visa for her child, it took her 6 stressful months and intense fight through email with her husband. He had asked her to come through the court for passport papers. Her first American lawyer betrayed her. She with the infant child went to court to get the order. It was 3 hours drive from her residence. Court gave orders but Kamlesh did not obey. His efforts to harass kept continuing. Used all the options available to kill her silently. He made her sign on the divorce agreement encompassing his wishes and demands stating ‘full of captivity’, so that he could control her and the child’s future life.
She contacted all possible agencies and organizations for help, such as Senators of Massachusetts and Connecticut, Indian embassy, NGO sakhi etc….All said the same thing... ‘since it’s a court case
we cannot do anything’. She was stuck from all sides. Her brother, Rahul from Dubai and her Parents being in Nagpur were trying their level best to extend all possible help. Jyotsna’s mother was continuously in prayers and requested so many pastors/friends to pray for her.
Had she been related to some powerful person would she have suffered the way she was made to?
Finally life is all about Power and Money. Where is the Truth? It’s only seen in books and became old dictum to preach.

On the day Hurricane Irene was going to strike, all were preparing to safeguard themselves. Jyotsna’s home was right on its path. That day Kamlesh sent her an email stating…. If you don’t accept my conditions on divorce agreement ….then keep fighting.
Jyotsna having no option, physically and psychologically exhausted and in pain, also an infant to take care of, she gave up her fight and unwillingly signed on the agreement so that she could come back home alive with the child. On date 19-Oct-2011 she came to Nagpur.
As she was not well she visited one lady doctor Dr. Monika Sengupta from Sengupta hospital, Ravinagar square, Nagpur. Doctor said ‘you should feel lucky that you came home alive.’
Right now Jyotsna is boiling with anger and she is thirsty for Justice. She spent over 5 months compiling all the documents to file case in Nagpur family court. The case has been filed now and she is looking forward for Justice.
She was made to walk on knife edge, with thorns and fire under her feet. What a horrifying ordeal it was!
CONCLUSION:
Bishop Raiborde you have read Holy Bible over 200 times in 7 different languages.
So you even know how many commas and full stops are there. Then you also know that the ‘Bible’ keeps saying one sentence all the time …… Main sach sach kehta hoon…..
What I wrote here is also ‘SUCH’ The Truth.

Please don’t misunderstand me that I am trying to humiliate you.
My point is... Nobody can say I will be happy throughout my life and with NO PROBLEMS….
Life is always full of up’s and down’s. This is also truth.

But when somebody gets stuck in his life...  Its human tendency to go to our superiors for help. When help is sought, what first takes place is- conversation through exchange of WORDS, so WORDS become hope in our life and we cling to those WORDS to make our way out from that hopeless situation.
If WORDS becomes hollow, then what remains?
If all people at every juncture of life do the same thing then will there be any meaning in Life?

We are humans, we do commit mistakes and nobody is perfect.
Also sometimes, not necessarily we can stand on our commitments. But one thing is there,
we have a human heart.
At least Bishop could have found some time from his busy schedule to call Jyotsna and ask how she is doing or how are you?

…...THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE THAN ENOUGH FOR US……
