I have tried to send attached letter dated
19-Mar-2013 (2 Pages) to my President through the
office of District collector Nagpur.
Till yesterday date 28-Mar-2013 the letter is
still not dispatched from the office and is
in process, bouncing from one concerned
official’s table to another.
That made me send scan of letter directly via
email to your office.
I hope my letter will reach to the Hands of my
